Farmers Market at Ix Art Park, July 16, 2022

This week, the market will be very full, with vendors signed up for just about every space. The market serves as a business incubator for farms, food, and arts/crafts entrepreneurs. We are a producer only market, meaning products are grown or made by the vendors and their employees. As a farmers market, we do prioritize farms and food and for our SNAP program, are required by law to maintain 50% eligible food. The farms and food serve our needs, and the arts bring a deeper level of enjoyment and enrichment, while supporting self-sustaining jobs for the community. We love farmers markets for all they do for the community!

This week, you will find a new tropical plant vendor, Piedmont Plants and Interiorscaping, and two new group farms: the IRC New Roots farm, and the Autism Sanctuary. A meat producer from Nelson co, Inglewood Farm, is joining us , and SBP Glassworks returns for the 2022 season, after time out to expand his studio. We hope you will like the new products. Our maps and vendor listing should help you find regular, new, occasional, and alternating vendors.
