Thanksgiving at Farmers Market at Ix, Nov. 18, 2023

Hello Friends,

The Nov. 18 market is your last market at Ix before Thanksgiving. Make it local, with fresh greens, sweet potatoes, winter squash, root vegetables, cole crops (I saw some beautiful broccoli and cauliflower last week), apples, cider, mushrooms, eggs, meats and other ingredients for your special recipes. There are plenty of baked goods, breads and treats for breakfast, brunch and lunch and to take home. Note we are now open until 1:00 p.m. for later shopping

This is Lesley’s Garden’s last market this year. You may find a lovely bouquet and produce for your table at their booth. This is also Moonmaiden’s Delights farewell market. She is moving on to other pursuits. Though she may come back on occasion, she will no longer be a regular vendor. Her customers and the market will really miss her, but we wish her the best in the new chapter in her life.

Stay tuned for the Nov. 25th post to find out which vendors are taking a Thanksgiving Break. We’ll have a good market for you and your guests as more artisans and craftsmen begin the holiday season.
