We are now post back to school at the markets. Families have returned from vacations, school lunches and healthy dinners have to be made. The farms are full of fresh produce to help with that. Be sure to check farm social media for bulk deals on tomatoes and other bumper crops. As the seasons change, new vendors are coming in: Flora and Fauna who makes garden structures is back for your fall garden plans, and Perennial Love Nursery is back with native plants for the fall garden. Different and new artist vendors rotate in as regular vendors are out, including Woolie Boolie jewelry and paintings, PAS Ceramics, and Gifted Greenery with garden produce and farm-made fertilizers made from worm castings, and oyster shells. The Piedmont Master Gardeners will be there to help with gardening questions, and Citizens Climate Lobby to inform us about climate issues.
