We’re ready to go for the market before Valentines. An additional farmer, Double H is attending to give you another source of winter vegetable crops, pork, and eggs. Slowly but surely the plants will begin to grow and you will have more options. Microgreens, mushrooms, root vegetables, and apples are filling in the local produce gaps. Singing Earth Produce, with the help of their greenhouses, has more options including potted herbs.

The artists and crafts people have plenty to offer for those hunting for valentine’s gifts or homesteading goods, like soap & herbal products; honey, jams and sauces; pottery; knitted, sewn, woven, or crocheted items; jewelry; candles, glasswork, and pine resin sculptures. And we have chocolate from Odyssey Chocolates! Baked goods for someone sweet is always a good choice. Or take someone out to breakfast or brunch with the full menu of prepared foods.
