Know any entrepreneurs testing out a food business? The Sunset Market is a great, lowcost opportunity to test your products. We need food vendors to set up at this small market- to both grow your business and grow this market. The summer weather is a challeng in central Virginia in the evenings when it’s hot and the thunderstorms bubble up. However, a mid-week market is important becasue not all would-be customers can come on Saturday mornings. A midweek market should have the same product range as a full market- just in smaller quantities! A dream for the future would be to have minimal shelter that doesn’t blow away or collapse in the sudden gusts, or downpours. Shelter for customers would be ideal, too. Public support for farmers markets can help us achieve these goals.
