This week marks the annual National Farmers Market Week, where we, who opereate markets, and you who support local food, remind ourselves of the great benefits market bring to communities. It’s a time to reflect on what we have, and think about what we can do better. Feel free to add comments— it’s your market too. It wouldn’t happen without you.

The vendor line-up is late this week- but that’s a good thing because several vendors have dropped out due to illness, family issues, or vacations. New this week are Bunker Farms, returing from a hiatus, and Yardbirds Farm - a new farmer who raises chickens and ducks. In the artisan sector, we introduce WY Woodworking. Check out these new vedors!
