Farmers Market at Ix, August 24, 2024

Hello Market Friends,

The summer is flying by. Tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, melons, cucumbers, beans, abound, while the cooler temperatures sweeten the greens. It’s grape season and we welcome Wengers Grapes for a local crop. This week’s line-up includes great farmers on Farmers Row, Second St. and Market South. Regular bakers will be joined by the young baking team Bubble Cloud, and new baker, Eat My Treats. Three CIC (Charlottesville Investment Collaborative) trainees join us: Milk Glass, Elroi Bath ‘n’ Body, and Viva la Nosh. Arts include glass blowing, pottery, bead creations, jewelry, woodwork, baskets, photography, graphic arts, painting, and soap. Hope you have found Razzbourne Creamery, a new cheese vendor.
